In the trades, owners often ask other owners which tools are worth using. A recommendation from someone they know usually means more to them than an ad from a company they have never heard of.

So we built a simple program. If you introduce us to a business and they become a paying customer, we thank you with a commission. You do not need to sell for us. Just share an honest introduction.

PROGRAM RULES

Please read before you join.

  • You are an independent referrer. You are not an employee, agent, or representative of Synlumex AI, and you cannot make promises, pricing offers, or guarantees on our behalf.
  • Be honest. Describe our products accurately, and do not make claims about results, savings, or earnings that you cannot support.
  • Disclose your relationship. When you share your code publicly (for example on social media or in a post), say that you may earn a commission.
  • No spam. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, buy ads that use our brand name, or pretend to be Synlumex AI.
  • No self-referrals, and no referrals of existing customers or of businesses you own or control.
  • A referral counts only if the business mentions your code when they first contact us, before their account is created, is not already a customer, and pays for a subscription.
  • We may decline signups, adjust or withhold commission, or remove accounts for misuse or fraud.
  • We may update or end the program. Changes do not affect commissions already earned on payments received.

Common questions.

How do I get a referral code?
Message us on WhatsApp or email. Our team will give you a personal code and record it against your details.
How is a referral tracked?
Ask the business you refer to mention your code when they first contact us. We record the code when we set up their account. If a business is already in conversation with us or is an existing customer, it does not count as a new referral.
Do I need an audience?
No. If you know even one business that could use our products, you can share your code. Earning depends on whether your referral signs up and pays.
Do I need to be in the trades?
No. You only need to know someone in the trades who may benefit, and you must follow the program rules above.
How is the commission calculated?
You earn 15% of the subscription fees the referred customer actually pays during their first 12 months. The examples on this page use current list prices, which may change.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid quarterly for payments we have received and that are no longer refundable. Payment is by bank transfer or PayPal, depending on what is available in your country.
Is it a one-time commission per customer?
Commission applies to the customer’s first 12 months only. After that, no further commission is paid on that customer.
What if the person I refer doesn’t buy?
Then no commission is earned. There is no cost or penalty to you.
Can I refer more than one customer?
Yes. Each qualifying customer earns a separate commission.
What if the customer cancels or gets a refund?
Commission is based only on payments we actually receive and keep. If a customer cancels, you earn on what they paid before cancelling. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reduced or reversed.
Are there taxes on commissions?
Commissions may be taxable. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes that apply to you. We may ask for tax details, and withholding or tax forms may apply depending on your country.
Is there an approval process?
Signup is quick. We may review signups and decline or remove accounts that break the program rules.
Are there any deductions?
We do not charge an admin fee. Commission is adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, and taxes we are legally required to withhold, where applicable.
